The meditations I teach are simple to learn and to practice. We can customize them to suit your current needs
The simple discipline of daily meditation has a profound EFFECT on your daily life, even for 10 minutes a day. Most spiritual traditions advocate Its health benefits and currently there is neurological research proving it is beneficial mentally and physically new neural pathways are created. It can be practiced throughout the day or in a quiet space by yourself or with a group.
