Enneagram
The Enneagram: A Circle, A Triangle, and a Hexad
These three shapes comprise the Enneagram symbol. The nine points on the circle direct us in learning about our human tendencies and guide us to understand our humanity. It is a psycho-spiritual road map that incorporates contemporary research in psychology. The Enneagram has roots dating from the third century and the development of early monastic traditions. These ancient seekers used the Enneagram to grow spiritually by living in the present and experiencing more moments of being awake, rather than acting from habitual mechanical behaviors. The Enneagram has helped me understand myself, my needs, and desires, and, most importantly, increase my compassion for others.
Enneagram-informed -Coaching
The Enneagram provides a framework for a deep dive into our self-discovery process as we work together.
I invite you to try an initial discovery session with me. To get started, I will send you the Enneagram of Letting Go, a step-by-step, practical guide to working with difficulties and sensitive topics as they arise in your day. As we continue, I recommend that you take the RHETI, which is a 45-minute test that will help you begin exploring your dominant Enneagram type and the underdevelopment of the other points on this profound system.
Enneagram Training
Teachers, professors, parents, psychotherapy clients, and seekers find studying the Enneagram useful in gaining understanding and compassion. I teach Introduction to the Enneagram as a series of classes and workshops. We go over the principles in bite-sized portions and practical ways to incorporate the Enneagram into your life so you can begin your lifelong journey.
